Join Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business (Commercial Products Group) in Meadow Lands, PA, where we manufacture and assemble products used in commercial electrical distribution. On our third shift, you’ll keep production moving and quality high while most of the world sleeps.

Shift, pay, and growth

• Core hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
• Compensation: $19.74 per hour plus a $1.00/hr shift differential
• Base rate increases to $20.78/hour after 6 months
• Entry-level role with on-the-job training and support

A night on the line

Your evening starts with a team huddle. From there, you’ll rotate through workstations to support production goals and quality targets.

• Set up and run production equipment such as welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes, following documented work instructions
• Monitor machines, check parameters, and record production and process data
• Inspect finished parts to standard work requirements and quality criteria
• Document output and downtime to keep leadership informed
• Maintain 5S-level housekeeping in your area
• Perform overhead tasks on one or more lines
• Pitch in with other duties as needed to meet demand

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
• Local presence: no relocation offered; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Meadowlands, PA (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic limitation)
