Compensation: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Status: Full-Time | Shifts: 2nd & 3rd
Imagine your shift
You start by preparing equipment for the next run—settings dialed in, materials ready. As production begins, you monitor both production and packaging machines, adjust as needed, and troubleshoot minor issues to keep throughput steady. You document each step, clean and inspect equipment routinely, and partner with teammates to maintain strict quality, safety, and production standards.
What you’ll handle
- Operation and monitoring of production/packaging machinery
- Basic setup, changeovers, and first-level troubleshooting
- Completion of daily paperwork and production documentation
- Routine cleaning and equipment inspections
- Consistent adherence to quality, safety, and production targets
What helps you succeed
- Manufacturing or warehouse background preferred; food production experience is a plus
