Industrial Production Support Associate

Location: La Vergne, TN

Step onto the production floor and help keep our manufacturing operation running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll move materials where they’re needed, assist operators with equipment, prepare and package finished goods, and keep work areas clean and orderly. You’ll thrive if you enjoy physical work, can stay focused in a fast-paced, dusty environment, and naturally follow safety and quality procedures.

A day in the role

You’ll start your shift with a quick safety check, then rotate between tasks that keep production on schedule:

• Stage raw materials and load/unload items to support daily production
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic production support tasks
• Prepare, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards
• Maintain clean, debris-free work areas and general housekeeping
• Tackle other plant duties as assigned to support the team

What you bring

• Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting
• Comfort working in a dirty/dusty manufacturing environment
• Preferred: experience in warehouse, construction, cleaning, or general labor
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Schedule

• 1st / 2nd / 3rd shift available
• Monday – Friday
• Overtime available
