Looking to start a career in manufacturing? We’re hiring an Industrial Production Team Member to support our assembly team and learn hands-on mechanical skills in a fast-paced shop environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and learning how large industrial equipment is built.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with assembling industrial equipment
- Use basic hand and power tools (drills, grinders, etc).
- Prepare parts for assembly, including cleaning, deburring and basic surface prep.
- Support shop organization and cleanliness
- Perform safe operation around equipment like cranes and tow motors
What we’re looking for:
- Prior exposure to a metal shop or industrial production environment
- Comfortable handling metal components and using shop tools
- Reliable, dependable and willing to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
