  • Partner with internal teams that support project accounting, reporting, and billings to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Manage billings, financials, and overall budget responsibility for projects, including monitoring cost impacts and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans to address issues, risks, and changing project needs.
  • Provide leadership during critical and immediate project needs, stepping in quickly to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
  • Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Apply technical knowledge of MEP systems to read and understand design drawings, supporting effective planning and coordination.
  • Utilize project management or construction accounting software to support scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support projects involving sheet metal, plumbing, and HVAC scopes within mechanical construction environments.
  • Contribute to a strong project backlog by successfully delivering current projects and supporting future phases and opportunities.

  • Hands‑on experience coordinating subcontractors, trades, and client relationships in an industrial or mechanical construction environment.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP systems, with the ability to read and understand design drawings.
  • Ability to build project schedules and effectively manage and track progress against those schedules.
  • Ability to manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to project plans.
  • Familiarity with mechanical construction environments, including sheet metal, plumbing, and HVAC scopes.
  • Experience with project management or construction accounting software, with Vista by Viewpoint experience helpful but not required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
