must be at least 20 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a company owned vehicle
at least three years of industrial and commercial construction experience
basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
basic knowledge of SAP
must be willing to obtain certificates required for ADA (American Disability Act), Hazwoper (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response). These are supplied by Publix.
knowledge of Industrial Construction including Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration, Electrical, and Roofing Systems
knowledge of regional building codes and other regulatory agency requirements
availability to work nights, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and be on call 24/7 as business needs require
availability to travel and work overnight, as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
at least 10 years’ industrial and commercial construction experience
Hazwoper (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) certification
General Contractors or Building Contractors license
continuing education with the CILB (Construction Industry Licensing Board)
