What you’ll tackle

• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
• Execute preventative maintenance on production assets
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures
• Install and replace machine components and defective parts
• Perform minor welding, rebuilding, and general equipment repairs
• Assist with facility upkeep (minor plumbing, painting, and fixture repairs)
• Track inventories and manage spare parts stock
• Coach production team members on routine care and basic maintenance
• Complete maintenance reports and accurately document all repairs
• Contribute to continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
• Maintain a safe workplace; rigorously follow lockout/tagout procedures

What you bring

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagnose equipment issues
• Background with preventative maintenance programs
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate
• Self-directed and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Technical certifications or Industrial Maintenance education are a plus
• PLC, robotics, automation, or mechatronics experience preferred for advanced-level professionals
• Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and staying active throughout the shift
