What your day looks like

You arrive with a plan: prioritize preventive maintenance on production and facility assets to keep uptime high. Mid-morning, an unexpected line stop comes in—an emergency breakdown. You move quickly but safely, isolate the issue, repair the fault, and restore operation. Afterward, you capture the root cause, outline corrective and preventive actions, and review them with the Maintenance Supervisor. Between calls, you tackle assigned work orders, from aligning belts and chains to replacing bearings and pulleys, and you keep your tools and workspace in top shape.

When the job calls for it, you operate material handling and powered industrial vehicles—forklifts, cranes, aerial lifts—once certified. You collaborate with teammates, but you’re also comfortable working solo. Some days run long; you’re prepared to stay beyond scheduled hours when production needs it. Through it all, you follow EHS procedures and contribute to a safe, clean, compliant environment. And yes—there are times you’ll lend a hand with general labor and other tasks that keep the operation moving.
