Industrial Reliability Technician — Food Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Third Shift technician who takes pride in keeping food production equipment dependable, safe, and compliant. If you like blending hands‑on precision with process discipline, you’ll feel right at home.

Your impact

• Keep assembly and packaging equipment set up, adjusted, and repaired in alignment with food safety standards.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance across production assets to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Install and commission plant equipment; debug issues and stabilize performance.
• Deliver assigned projects on schedule while adhering to all food safety protocols.
• Pitch in on Production/Maintenance assignments when extra hands are needed.
• Collaborate with Production to identify root causes and resolve quality and safety concerns quickly.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements for every task performed.
• Document maintenance work precisely—work orders, time records, and notes—as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Handle tools and equipment correctly, protecting people and assets.
• Raise equipment issues promptly with the Maintenance Manager and help drive corrective actions.
• Support overtime needs and provide on‑call coverage when required.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Associate degree in Maintenance Technology (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• 1–5 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Fluency in maintenance best practices and terminology; strong safety mindset.
• Track record of effective teamwork and cross‑functional communication.
• Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and production requirements.

When and where you’ll work

• Shift: Third shift.
• Environment: Production floor setting with strong aromas, airborne ingredient dust, and active machinery.
• Additional: Overtime and on‑call support may be required based on production needs.
