Industrial Reliability Technician — Structural Steel Fabrication

Step into our structural steel shop before sunrise and set the tone for a safe, productive day. On a typical first shift (about 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), you’ll move from proactive inspections to precision repairs—keeping CNC lines, cranes, and facility systems humming so crews can fabricate with confidence.

What you’ll take on: Continuous improvement in action

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for CNC beam processing machines, overhead cranes, hydraulic shears, press brakes, double column band saws, CNC plasma tables, MIG welders, handheld plasma cutters, and air compressors.
• Service shop vehicles and material movers: F250, Telehandler 12k, Side loader 23k, and multiple forklifts.
• Support building and facility systems—lighting, switches, HVAC, and network lines.
• Keep an accurate preventive maintenance log and propose improvements to leadership.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns; replace components that are beyond service life.

Safety & teamwork: Safety > Speed

• Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace.
• Operate overhead cranes, welders, torches, and grinders safely.
• Partner closely with CNC operators, foremen, welders, fabricators, painters, and QC.

Hands-on background we’re looking for

• Hydraulics, HVAC, and pneumatics
