Formerly Duratech and now part of American Roller Company, we’re expanding and looking for a seasoned CDL Class A professional to help deliver our high-quality industrial rollers across the U.S.—with occasional Canada runs available for those who are eligible. You’ll be the face of our brand on every dock, combining safe operations with outstanding customer service.

A Day (and Week) in the Driver’s Seat

Imagine starting your morning in a modern, driver‑focused Peterbilt that’s yours—no slip seating. You coordinate your first stop with dispatch, double‑check your flatbed securement, and roll out. At each pickup or delivery, you verify freight, share a courteous handshake, and represent our company with pride. Over the week, you’ll run regional routes (Midwest focus), average 1–3 overnights, and make it home on weekends.

What You’ll Handle

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes; optional cross‑border trips
• Pick up and deliver industrial rollers with careful handling and protection
• Secure and transport flatbed loads in full compliance with DOT regulations
• Serve as a professional, customer‑facing representative at each location
• Share customer feedback and new opportunities with internal teams
• Coordinate timing and routing with dispatch and plant operations
• Assist with loading/unloading and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain DOT logs, inspections, and all compliance requirements

What You Bring

• CDL Class A and a clean driving record with active FMCSA Clearinghouse status
• Proven flatbed experience (required)
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience (preferred)
• Strong navigation and route‑planning abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service approach
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Dependable, safety‑first, professional mindset
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Interested in Canada runs? A valid passport or appropriate documentation is needed. Cross‑border is welcomed but not required.

Compensation You Can Count On

• $0.65 – $0.70 per mile (based on experience)
• $35 per stop
• Weekly pay
• Detention pay and performance incentives
• Average annual earnings: $80,000 – $90,000+
• $4,500 Sign‑On Bonus (paid at 6 months)
