Industrial Sales ManagerJob SummaryThe Industrial Sales Manager is responsible for leading PBIs sales efforts within the industrial steel construction market. This position plays a key role in identifying new opportunities managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. The Industrial Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals while upholding the highest standards of professionalism ethics and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesUphold the highest moral and ethical standards in all business dealings and ensure these values guide all decisions and actions.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profit targets.Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities within the industrial market.Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.Oversee the preparation of sales proposals bids and contract negotiations.Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing proposals and scope alignment.Maintain a deep understanding of the industrial market competitors and emerging opportunities.Produce regular sales forecasts reports and performance metrics for management.Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings to promote PBIs capabilities.Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational procedures.Foster strong partnerships internally and externally to support company growth initiatives.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Construction Management Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in industrial sales preferably in structural steel erection fabrication or construction industries.Proven success in developing new business and achieving sales goals.Willingness to travel.Strong knowledge of project specifications contracts and risk evaluation.Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities and team collaboration skills.Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and client strategy.Self-motivated results-driven and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM tools sales tracking and reporting systems.Commitment to the companys safety culture and values.PBI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
