Superior Industries is looking for a skilled Industrial Saw Operator who values safety and efficiency. If you have experience operating machinery and want to contribute to a team committed to quality, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an Industrial Band Saw to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment, report major repair or maintenance needs, and ensure optimal operation to minimize downtime.
- Cut materials according to prints and complete job orders on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Operate related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required, following all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other duties as assigned.
Night Shift
- 4:00pm - 4:30am Monday - Thursday
- $3.00 Night Shift Differential

Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial band saws with a strong focus on safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Skilled in basic math, miters, and precise measurement using a tape measure to 1/16"
- Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and general equipment care
- General mechanical understanding
- Strong communication skills and openness to coaching
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
