Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Overtime Available

LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for an established manufacturing company in the South Houston/Pasadena area. This full-time, first-shift opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience operating industrial sewing equipment and producing high-quality finished products.

What You'll Do

• Operate industrial single-needle and double-needle sewing machines
• Sew products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Select the proper thread, fasteners, and sewing materials
• Inspect fabrics and production materials before assembly
• Examine completed products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines is required
• Must pass a hands-on sewing test before the interview
• Fabric sewing or tailoring experience is preferred
• Clothing production experience is a plus
• Experience with serger or binding machines is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
