Industrial Security Specialist Position OverviewAether Aerospace is seeking Industrial Security Professionals to join our team to help contribute to our success and help our customers be successful by innovating, developing and delivering optimal support.Industrial Security Specialists provide support to the customer in establishing security requirements for OCONUS Maintenance Repair Overhaul & Update (MRO&U), Depot, and Supply Warehouse facilities for assigned operations.Duties include, but not limited to:Provide management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsCommunicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsMaintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditationIdentify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locationsAssist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sitesCoordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities Requirements Documents (FRDs) and document results Professional Business FunctionsAbility to constructively engage and resolve challenging situationsAvailable to work before/after typical office hoursIndependent self-starter, proactive and professional assertiveEffective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literateProficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to multitaskQualificationsTravel RequirementsAbility to travel to CONUS and/or OCONUS locationsLimited travel within the regionMust have active US passport for OCONUS travel requirements ClearanceTop Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required and current within the last five yearsYears of Experience/Education RequirementsBA/BS degree, minimum of seven (7) years specialized security experience which includes Physical
