What You'll Do

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and produce finished products.

• Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules accurately.

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot sewing equipment as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in industrial sewing or a similar role.

• Skilled in operating various industrial sewing machines.

• Knowledge of different fabrics, stitching methods, and techniques.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
