The Opportunity

• Pay: $18–$19/hour
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm (Fridays off; overtime as needed)

Your Impact

You’ll help keep production moving and customers satisfied by ensuring parts are finished to spec, packaged correctly, and staged on time. You’ll support operators, maintain an orderly workspace, and contribute to a reliable inventory picture—so the entire operation runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deburr, clean, and finish parts; rework to meet precise standards
• Assist operators and tend machines across the floor
• Prepare packaging and package finished parts by work order
• Handle materials and assist with general warehouse tasks
• Perform shop cleaning/housekeeping; maintain tools and equipment
• Complete cycle counts and support annual physical inventory
• Help with building/department maintenance projects
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes; use micrometers and calipers safely
• Identify safety issues and immediately notify the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; take on other duties as needed

What You Bring

• Manufacturing experience (required)
• Consistent, stable work history
• Hands‑on inspection skills to verify acceptable quality
• Ability to understand, follow, and respond to verbal instructions (especially safety‑related)
• Strong detail orientation and team mindset
• Comfort working with a broad range of manufacturing machinery

Physical Realities of the Job

• Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance; more with help
• Frequent reaching above the shoulder; climbing and balancing
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as tasks dictate
• On your feet and moving in a manufacturing environment throughout the day

Bonus Skills

• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• Micrometer and caliper proficiency
• Background in inventory control or warehouse support
