Industrial Skills ERT Assessor

 Location: Everett, WA and Renton, WA
 Pay Rate: Up to $32.00 per Hour
 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
 Shift Hours: Vary between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM based on business needs
 Requirement: Must qualify as a U.S. Person

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Skills ERT Assessor to evaluate and administer aerospace technical skills assessments in a manufacturing environment. This role supports workforce development by assessing hands-on and theoretical competencies while ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and evaluate technical skills assessments

• Assess trainee performance and maintain accurate records

• Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy

• Monitor compliance with aerospace training standards

• Communicate results, concerns, and recommendations to leadership

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support multiple trainees and assessment activities simultaneously

 

Desired Technical Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Aircraft electrical installation, bonding, and grounding

• Aircraft assembly and structures

• Heavy or light structure drilling

• Fastener installation

• Aircraft sealant application

• Production standards and quality processes

• Power and hand tool operation

• Precision measuring tools

• Computer systems and software applications

 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1–3 years of training, leadership, supervisory, or technical experience preferred

• Aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, military, or industrial experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
