Your leadership will help ensure a safe, efficient, and productive operation while maintaining the quality, sanitation, and safety standards our customer expects.

Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Industrial Cleaners, Batch Mixers, Forklift Drivers, and Logistics personnel.
- Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day operational oversight and act as the lead on-site in their absence.
- Ensure work schedules, staffing assignments, and operational priorities are in place to meet productivity goals.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure production, sanitation, warehouse, and logistics operations are completed safely and efficiently.
- Verify sanitation procedures are completed according to established schedules and food safety requirements.
- Support production and batch mixing operations to ensure products are prepared according to specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory movement, material handling, shipping, receiving, and forklift operations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP programs, food safety standards, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) across operations.
- Maintain HACCP/CCP records and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support food safety audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas, reporting maintenance needs, safety concerns, and operational issues.
- Lead safety meetings and communicate operational updates to team members.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and management teams to support efficient workflow.
- Train, coach, and support employees while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in manufacturing, sanitation, warehouse, logistics, or food production environments preferred.
- Working knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles and food safety programs.
- Ability to identify, monitor, and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Understanding of corrective actions, documentation requirements, and recordkeeping related to HACCP plans and CCP monitoring.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Maintain strong safety awareness.
- Follow GMPs, SSOPs, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail.
