The Industrial Technician Development Program cohort begins April 2026, with additional groups joining quarterly throughout the year.
This program is a strategic workforce development initiative at GE Booth designed to cultivate a pipeline of highly skilled, field-ready technicians for our Service & Solutions divisions. This 12–18 month rotational program offers hands-on experience across multiple technical disciplines, including fabrication, panel and valve assembly, turnaround operations, and certified technical training.
Participants gain real-world skills, professional certification, and exposure to field operations that prepare them for long-term technical careers within GE Booth.
