DISHER is excited to partner with a trusted leader in delivering machine tool solutions for over 60 years. We are on the hunt for a motivated, self-driven, and relationship-focused Industrial Tooling Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned sales territory.

What you'll get to do:
Manage and grow an assigned sales territory focused on Indiana, Detroit, and broader Michigan, with openness to Ohio as the company continues to expand
Work from the Grand Rapids office when not traveling, with approximately 2–3 days per week spent in the field visiting customers
Handle primarily warm leads, building on existing interest rather than cold prospecting
Develop new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, and follow-up
Maintain and expand existing customer accounts through regular visits and relationship-building
Recommend tooling solutions based on customer applications and manufacturing needs
Provide technical support and product recommendations to help customers improve productivity
Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM software

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Experience with CNC tooling, cutting tools, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or industrial equipment is preferred but not required-we can teach the technical side
Previous outside sales or customer service experience is beneficial
