Industrial Warehouse Associate

EHC is currently looking for an** Industrial Warehouse Associate** for a client located in the south Houston, TX area.

First Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Second Shift: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support receiving, shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations. This role involves handling materials from receipt through shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform stock movements
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker)
• Assist with shipping coordination and documentation
• Support shop/production by staging and moving materials
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
• Forklift or equipment experience preferred
• Reach truck, cherry picker experience preferred
• Pipe, valve, flange, and fitting experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and on a team

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 10–50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
