TradeWorX is hiring experienced Welder/Riggers for a heavy industrial equipment rebuild project in Troy, MI. This is a first-shift opportunity working 10-hour days on a major tumblast system upgrade. Qualified candidates must have strong welding, rigging, and cutting experience and be comfortable working around large industrial equipment and structural components.

Job Responsibilities
- Upgrade and rebuild a 34-cube tumblast system
- Remove and replace mill components
- Replace roof sections and structural components
- Install and align elevator assemblies
- Replace blast wheels and related equipment
- Perform welding, cutting, fitting, and rigging operations
- Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of welding, rigging, and cutting experience
- Ability to work independently and safely in an industrial environment
- Experience with heavy equipment installation or rebuild projects preferred
- Must possess own hand tools and cordless impact guns
