Industrial Welder - Full-Time | Sandy, OR | Temp-to-Hire | Day Shift

Pay: $25.00-$35.00/HR DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift.

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Welder to join our team in Gresham, Oregon. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering long-term stability with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick, Sub Ark, and Duel Shield welding on a variety of industrial equipment and structural components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Assemble, install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment
  • Perform precise alignments and adjustments on mechanical systems
  • Use industrial tools including grinders, torches, and cutting equipment safely and effectively
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of industrial welding experience preferred
  • Proven millwright experience is a plus (assembly, installation, maintenance of industrial machinery)
  • Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
