A leading middle-market or bulge-bracket investment bank may seek an Industrials & Services Analyst to support financial modeling, deal execution, and client deliverables for companies in the industrials, manufacturing, logistics, business services, and related sectors. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking rigorous analytical work, exposure to M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory in industrials and services.
Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) for industrial and services clients
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses across manufacturing, logistics, business services, and other industrial sub-sectors
Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations tailored to industrial and services clients
Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and transaction execution
Collaborate with senior bankers and sector specialists on client strategy and deal workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Knowledge of industrials, manufacturing, logistics, or services business models is a plus
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
