Digital Plant- Industry Director
The Digital Plant Industry Director is responsible for driving Vertech's sales growth and market leadership for Digital Plant solutions, including MES, MOM, and SCADA projects. This role will focus on expanding Vertech's presence through direct key account engagement and collaboration with field sales teams to develop new business opportunities.
The Industry Director will build a deep understanding of the Digital Plant market, shape go-to-market strategies, and guide sales and marketing activities to support growth objectives. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position will collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Plant and other executive team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, profitable projects that strengthen Vertech's position in the market.
Ultimately, this individual is accountable for Vertech's sales success and profitability in the Digital Plant sector. Success will be measured by the ability to achieve top-line growth (sales and gross profit), maintain strong customer relationships, and support cross-functional execution that meets both quality and financial goals.
