Position: Industry Manager, Fashion

Duties: Evaluates proposed business cases for projects and initiatives. Influences business stakeholder decision making. Translates business requirements into strategies, initiatives, and projects in alignment with business strategies and objectives. Drives the execution of deliverables. Builds and articulates business cases and return on investment and delivers work that has demonstrable value. Derives detailed insights from relevant data models and reports and utilizes models and reports to advise stakeholders and customers/sellers on complex business issues. Challenges business assumptions on topics related to an assigned domain expertise. Develops new, organization-wide processes and ways of working. Teaches and guides team members on best practices. Proactively engages in the external community to build Walmart's brand and learn more about industry practices. develop organizational sales qualification processes and policies. Mentors team members on alternative ways to evaluate the real value of sales. Designs sales scoping and qualification strategies for the organization. Promotes the adoption of new sales qualification methodologies and technologies. establish strategic sales planning standards, policies, strategies, and best practices. Deploys and directs strategic sales planning in multiple and diverse environments and applications. Implements sales forecasting standards within an organization. Develops policies, strategies, and best practices for complex forecasting. Designs industry-wide sales forecasting standards. Promotes the adoption of new sales forecasting technologies and methodologies. Predicts trends and developments in sales forecasting within the market. develop organizational strategies for increasing sales through effective proposals and presentations. Mentors team members on the quality of sales proposals and presentations that are designed and developed. Plays a leadership role in the development of sales proposals and presentations for critical customers/sellers. Predicts trends and directions of sales proposals and presentations and drives the adoption of industry best practices as needed. Articulates historical backgrounds and future perspective of sales proposals and presentations. This position supervises eight employees (2 Team Leads; and 6 Partner Managers)
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 5 years of experience in business development, market development, or related area; OR Master's degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 3 years of experience in business development, market development, or related area.
Skills Required: Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint in order to create professional presentations and communication. Experience with CRM and Sales Software tools to help manage a sales pipeline efficiently. Experience with sales forecasting to analyze historical sales data using Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools. Experience with sales reporting including building sales performance reports to help interpret sales metrics including daily run-rate, average deal size and sales velocity. Experience with media measurement including media-mix modelling, last-click, first-click, and data-driven attribution. Experience with lead generation tools using internet-based marketing data. Experience with visual presentation and communication tools for remote sales pitches. Experience with data visualization tools to help aid in creating clear and compelling visuals that translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs) for managing advertising inventory. Experience with contract and proposal tools to draft and negotiate contracts and sales proposals. Experience with legal requirements in sales agreements. Experience coordinating team schedules, meetings and client calls efficiently using task and scheduling management tools. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $241,925/year to $264,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
