Industry Marketing Specialist- MSP Duties and Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, customers, and competitive landscape to shape marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen Aktion's market position.
- Create and execute compelling content programs—including blogs, customer success stories, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, social media, videos, and sales enablement assets—that generate awareness, engagement, leads, and pipeline.
- Partner with sales, leadership, customers, and subject matter experts to translate complex technology solutions into clear, impactful messaging that attracts, retains, and expands customer relationships.
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital marketing, email, social media, webinars, events, and partner channels to create measurable business impact.
- Contribute directly to divisional growth by driving lead generation, influencing pipeline, supporting opportunity advancement, and increasing market visibility.
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with technology partners, including Microsoft and other cloud solution providers, to expand reach, generate demand, and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor campaign, content, and pipeline performance; analyze results; and continuously optimize strategies to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to identify new opportunities and keep Aktion at the forefront of the market.
Education and Experience: - 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within managed services, cloud solutions, technology, software, SaaS, or IT services organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute industry-focused marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience creating high-impact content and messaging across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email, social media, webinars, video, events, and sales enablement programs.
- Demonstrated success developing customer lifecycle marketing programs that support customer retention, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and campaign management, with experience building programs that contribute to measurable pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
- Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools to improve audience targeting, campaign performance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across sales, leadership, technical teams, partners, and customers.
- Professional, technology-savvy, and naturally curious about emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative marketing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
