What You’ll Do:

Strategic Event Support

• Ensure readiness of branded materials and promotional assets
• Confirm travel and logistics details to support seamless attendee experiences
• Review, optimize, and adjust booth staffing schedules to enhance engagement and coverage
• Research and evaluate new activation concepts and promotional items to elevate brand presence

Planning & Analysis

• Organize and analyze attendee and event-related data to inform future planning decisions
• Coordinate shipping and accommodation details to ensure operational excellence
• Assist with pre-scheduling and planning efforts for future industry events
• Support post-event analysis to identify insights and opportunities for improvement

Industry Relations & Market Exploration

• Stay informed on emerging trends within the jewelry and insurance industries
• Assist in drafting communications and reports that reflect strategic priorities
• Explore new event opportunities across established and emerging markets to expand brand reach

Miscellaneous

• Actively contribute to team initiatives within a cross-functional organization
• Participate in internship program events and activities throughout summer
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications 

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinker
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and climb a short ladder

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
