Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internalexternal partners or customers.
3 years of people management experience.
Experience in either system design or reading code e.g. Java C Python.
Experience with producing technical assets or writing technical documentation.
Industry expertise in at least one of the prioritized industries e.g. Retail Manufacturing etc with the ability to lead technical teams across all industries.
Preferred qualifications
MS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field OR equivalent work experience in a softwaresystems engineering or lead position.
Expertise in at least one or more of the Google Product areas and the ability to manage technical resources across all areas. Understanding of the current state of machine learning cloud migrations continuous integrationdeployment SQLNoSQL security networking and cloud-based delivery models.

You will also be able to individually add value with customers and solutions leading the team from the front and getting involved as needed.
