Palm Academy is looking for an entry-level Infant and Toddler Aide working under the guidance of experienced infant teachers to provide nurturing care and gentle guidance in a clean, organized, cheerful, and inviting setting. Teacher Aide must have great love and patience for children.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Feeds infants according to an established schedule.
- Changes soiled diapers
- Plays with infants to stimulate growth.
- Cradles and cuddles infants as needed.
- Informs parents of infant behavior and achievements.
- Answers parental questions and responds to concerns.
- Prepares infants for departure and arrival.
- Maintains safety and health standards.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and six units completed in Child Development. Must be a team player.
