- Treehouse Learning Center LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant and Toddler Teacher for our Boston Street center in Lynn, Massachusetts. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can develop physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
• Create a warm, responsive classroom environment that supports each child’s individual needs.
• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning experiences, play, and daily routines.
• Provide attentive supervision and follow all health, safety, and childcare procedures.
• Observe children’s development, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally with families.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide consistent care and education.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and complete other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• At least one year of experience as an infant or toddler teacher, or in a similar early-childhood role.
• An Early Childhood Education degree or relevant Massachusetts EEC certification.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active classroom environment.
• Ability to pass required background screening and meet state licensing requirements.
