We are looking for dedicated, responsible teachers to join our team. We are deeply focused on creating a strong staff culture, and a safe, nurturing environment for children.


Based on experience and education, starting $17.00-$20.00/hr.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Work to ensure compliance with Kiddie Academy's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Most importantly, create a positive learning environment in the classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

• Assists and supervises children during ALL activities
• Diapering and following a bottle schedule
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions
• Performs other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or daycare setting (2 year)
• Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field, preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices
• Strong understanding of child development milestones and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18yrs, or older
• U.S. work authorization, if applicable

• FBI fingerprinting
• NSOR
• PA State Police
• PA child abuse
• Mandatory Reporter Training
