Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and energetic infant lead Teachers to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, social / emotional, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Confidently Plan activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Support in the facilitation of an engaging daily and weekly schedule
- Always Provide basic care, Love and caregiving activities
- Support your co-teacher in Evaluating infants to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Effectively and Professionally Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities via Brightwheel and in person
- DO all of the above with LOVE
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare Assistant Teacher or as a babysitter/nanny and hold a 90 hour certificate in infant teaching
- Strong understanding of child development or an enthusiastic interest in learning
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified; or willingness to become certified
