Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes infant development.
• Observe and document each infant's progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets all health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through individualized care.
• Follow all licensing and regulatory requirements related to infant care and education.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Infant Lead Teacher or similar role in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of infant development and best practices in infant care and education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Relevant early childhood education credentials or certifications.
