Infant Lead Teacher - EEC CertifiedThe Learning Experience - Littleton, MA
Pay: $22-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking an experienced and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher who understands that learning begins long before a child can talk, walk, or hold a crayon.
You'll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, developmental milestones, and meaningful early learning experiences are part of every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences
- Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs
- Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play
- Observe and document children's development
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom
- Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
Qualifications
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher
- Professional Infant or Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred
- Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and collaborative
