Infant Lead Teacher – The Learning Experience Meridian
Location: Meridian, ID
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Meridian is looking for a Lead Infant Teacher to guide our youngest learners in a nurturing, calm, and developmentally supportive classroom.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations of the infant classroom
- Provide responsive care: feeding, diapering, naps, and routines
- Plan and engage infants in sensory, music, and early language activities
- Communicate daily with families
- Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and structure
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Infant classroom experience strongly preferred
- CDA or ECE coursework a plus
- Knowledge of infant development and DAP
- Meets Idaho childcare licensing requirements
