Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you through our curriculum)
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Support each child’s individual development, including social and emotional growth
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood setting (preferred)
- A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, reliable, and attentive personality
- Ability to create a calm, responsive, and engaging environment for infants

Salary Range: $17 - $20/hr
Shift Schedule: M-F (8 hour shift)
