    The Infant Teacher will provide nurturing care and educational activities for a small group of infants aged 12 to 18 months. With a low teacher-to-child ratio of 1:4, the role focuses on fostering early development through lesson planning, behavior guidance, and parent communication to support each child’s growth in a safe and supportive environment.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities for infants
    • Manage classroom environment ensuring safety and engagement
    • Assess children's developmental progress regularly
    • Maintain consistent communication with parents, including participation in parent-teacher conferences
    • Supervise infants, adhering to safety protocols at all times
    • Implement curriculum designed for early childhood development
    • Guide and support children's behavior positively
    • Coordinate group and individual activities for class sizes of 5-10 children

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Entry-level experience in early childhood education
    • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
