About the Role:
Anchor Point Early Learning Academy in East Greenwich, RI is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving daily care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
• Implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities for infants
• Monitor and document each infant's developmental milestones and daily progress
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Communicate openly and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's day and development
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations in accordance with Rhode Island childcare standards
• Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to support a consistent, nurturing curriculum

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early learning setting preferred
• Knowledge of infant development, best practices, and age-appropriate activities
• CDA credential, Early Childhood Education coursework, or equivalent experience a plus
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check in compliance with Rhode Island childcare regulations
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for infant care
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families
