Create a Nurturing Start for Our Youngest Learners
The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking
two EEC Certified Infant Teachers to join our early childhood education team.
Our Infant Teachers provide much more than exceptional care. Through responsive interactions, sensory exploration, language-rich experiences, and individualized routines, you'll help babies build secure relationships and reach important early developmental milestones.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, responsive care for infants throughout the day
- Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and daily routines
- Create age-appropriate sensory and early learning experiences
- Encourage early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing Infant classroom
- Build trusting relationships with children and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow Infant Teachers and center leadership
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Professional experience working with infants preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
- Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and individualized infant routines
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
