About the Role:
It's All About Kids Inc. in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join their dedicated childcare team. You must be I/T certified.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a safe and supportive classroom environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical development
• Monitor and document each infant's daily progress, milestones, and developmental needs
• Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily routine and growth
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health and sanitation standards
• Follow all state licensing regulations and childcare best practices
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, team-oriented learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting
• Knowledge of infant development, early childhood education principles, and best practices
• EEC (Early Education and Care) certification or willingness to obtain one
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable with a genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and active engagement with infants
