Infant Teacher (Early Childhood Education)
Location: The Learning Experience – Lake Linganore / Frederick, MD
Pay: $17–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday


Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom


The Learning Experience – Lake Linganore / Frederick is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, supported, and engaged through responsive caregiving and sensory learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities

•  Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months 
•  Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision 
•  Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities 
•  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 
•  Observe and support developmental milestones 
•  Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progress 
•  Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements 

Qualifications

•  Infant/Toddler qualification required 
•  Prior infant classroom experience preferred 
•  Strong understanding of infant development and caregiving practices 
•  Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach 
•  Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements
