About the Role:
Join Our Kids Child Development Center as an Infant Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire the youngest learners in our care. We are dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment for infants, fostering their growth and development every day.



Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development.
  • Monitor and document each child's progress and milestones regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
  • Attend training sessions and staff meetings to continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Support emotional development through positive interactions and responsive caregiving.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
