Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance educational experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with infants through play and interaction.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check clearance and references.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
