About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support infant development.
• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants.
• Monitor and document each child's progress and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and center policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Foster positive relationships with infants and their families.

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a love for working with children.
• Background check clearance is mandatory.
