About the Role:
The Learning Experience #383 in Greeley, CO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher at the Level 2 PDIS to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment aligned with licensing and PDIS Level 2 standards
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with infants through responsive caregiving and positive interactions
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's daily progress, milestones, and needs
  • Observe, document, and track infant development using appropriate assessment tools
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols including diapering, feeding, and sleep routines
  • Collaborate with lead teachers and center staff to ensure a cohesive, high-quality learning environment
Requirements:
  • Must meet Colorado PDIS Level 2 qualifications or higher
  • Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting preferred
  • Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and best practices in early childhood education
  • Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
  • Must pass required background checks per Colorado childcare licensing regulations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with families
  • Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality infant care

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
