As an Infant Teacher, you will:

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants.
• Provide consistent care routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules, while ensuring each childs individual needs are met.
• Observe and support infants social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs daily activities, milestones, and achievements through mobile apps and in-person conversations.

Do You Qualify? ----------------

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a genuine passion for the care and development of infants.
• Have one year of professional teaching or childcare experience preferred or six months of professional childcare experience required.
• Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred or a High School Diploma/GED required.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements for infant care.

Compensation ------------

• $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
