At Thrive Early Learning Center, we believe the first three years of life are filled with incredible growth and discovery. We're looking for caring, dependable Infant/Toddler Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young children while creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom environment.


Whether you have years of experience or you're ready to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.


What You'll Do


As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll help children feel safe, loved, and encouraged as they reach important developmental milestones.


Responsibilities include:


  • Providing nurturing, responsive care for infants and/or toddlers (6 weeks–3 years)
  • Supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning
  • Following individualized feeding, diapering, toileting, rest, and daily care routines
  • Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Building strong partnerships with families through daily communication
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom
  • Working collaboratively with your teaching team
  • Following all Tennessee licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications


We're looking for someone who:


  • Has a genuine love for working with young children
  • Is dependable, patient, and positive
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Communicates professionally with families and coworkers
  • Can actively lift, carry, and care for young children throughout the day
  • Has a high school diploma or GED
  • Can pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in a licensed child care or preschool setting
  • CDA, TECTA, or Early Childhood coursework
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within probationary period)
  • A passion for learning and growing as an educator
