Available Schedules:- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMContract Term: September 1 – June 30What You'll Do:
- Lead a beautiful, prepared Infant/Toddler Montessori classroom for children ages 0–3
- Design and maintain an inviting, organized, and developmentally rich environment
- Develop and implement thoughtful lesson plans rooted in Montessori philosophy
- Observe and document each child's growth and progress using Transparent Classroom
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through open and consistent communication
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers in Montessori best practices
- Ensure a safe, clean, and joyful space where children can freely explore and thriveWhat We're Looking For:
- AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for ages 0–3
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in a Montessori Infant/Toddler setting
- CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- A warm, patient, and nurturing spirit with a deep respect for each child's unique potential
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a true love of collaboration
- Candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent and punctual attendance. Compensation:Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education and experience.
